We suggest any purchase of a plant from our shop that is being delivered to a city who's temperature is below freezing on or up to 6 days after the expected delivery date purchase a heat pack.
Due to the holiday season & what's been happening in the world currently the post office is slammed. Everyone is ordering their holiday gifts rather than shopping, so the post office is seeing more packages than ever before! Because of this it is not uncommon for our orders to be held up to a week past the expected delivery date.
If you are ordering a plant that cannot handle cold weather we HIGHLY SUGGEST you purchase a heat pack that we will pack into your order's box.
Apart from the heating pack we are taking exceptional packing measures to insolate your packages.
If you refuse to order a heat pack & your order arrives frozen we will unfortunately decline any sort of refund. We always pride ourselves in making orders right whether the plant's demise during shipping was out of our control or not, but if you fail to order a heat pack & we contact you to recommend you order one & you refuse again we won't refund your order. With that being said, if you do order a heat pack & your plant still is received in an unsatisfactory manner we will be sure to do what we can to correct the issue.
ADDITIONALLY! IF YOU ARE ORDERING MULTIPLE PLANTS THAT WILL NOT FIT IN THE SAME BOX REMEMBER TO ORDER 2 HEAT PACKS!
We also have plants listed that are cold hardy that will not need a heat pack. if you have any questions about whether or not a heat pack purchase is necessary, how many packs are needed for your order, or any other inquiry please feel free to message us on ETSY & we will get back to you as soon as possible!!
We, at Horticult, want you to be happy with your purchase & are happy to provide any assistance in assuring your plants will arrive happy & healthy!
Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!!
