Aside from it's use as a ground cover, this Mecardonia works wonderfully in hanging baskets, container arrangements, as well as solo containers. In an arrangement the 'Gold Dust' will fill in any open space while finding its way to the edge of the container to flow sThe plant will spill over the sides of any container, falling to whatever length you'll allow! If it gets longer in the container than you'd like, you can always trim it back to the length of your liking. It's small foliage & tiny, bright flowers make it perfect for a miniature or fairy garden as it is easy to trim & keep in control. Furthermore, plant 'Gold Dust' as edging along a walk or at the front of a border,& in spaces of rock faces along the side of a hill. Need a solo color that will pop against rock? Use 'Gold Dust'! Otherwise, the bright golden color combines well with so many other colors that the possibilities are nearly endless.
