Service Description

** THE TIME SLOT YOU CHOOSE USING THIS APPLICATION IS NOT A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH A HORTICULT TEAM MEMBER! Date & time are subject to change. This service includes -- (1) Initial discussion Tell us about your project -- what you would like to change about your space? What would you like to add? This will be done through email, over the phone, or through FaceTime. (2)An on-site consultation Horticult will visit your space & discuss what your expectations for the project entail. During our walk through we will observe, take pictures, & measure the areas/containers in question. (3) Design & Proposal The Horticult team will create a proposal that will include a design, maintenance specifics, options for additional purchases, & estimated cost. Depending what the project entails & the level a client involvement in design, there may be additional stages to the proposal (option selection, design approval, etc.). On average, the original draft of the proposal would be completed within 1 week of the on-site consultation, unless otherwise discussed. (4) Construction Once the proposal is confirmed the date(s) for planting are scheduled & construction is initiated. (5) Maintenance Plan. Our team will construct a maintenance plan with detailed instructions on how to care for your new plants! You may decide that you want Horticult to handle maintenance instead. Details can be found under the "Maintenance" section of our service list. Depending on the project, we may need to charge a 25% deposit fee for the purchase of hard goods or non-plant materials. SCHEDULING: The hours from Emily & Katie's availability allow for Shipping/Previously Scheduled Maintenance Monday - Thursday (8AM - 12PM). We can move around previous engagements with notice. The time slot you choose using this application is not a confirmed appointment until you receive a response from Horticult. Date & time are subject to change once project is reviewed by a Horticult team member.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
