Schedule Horticult to visit your space

Service Description

Member(s) of the Horticult team will visit your space to determine project specifics. What we will be looking for -- Containers: How many? What size? Design details -- color, material, etc. Lighting: What type of lighting does your space receive? Full sun, partial sun, partial shade or full shade? Does it receive strong afternoon sun? North, south, east, or west facing? Water: What type of water source is available to water your plants with? We will consult with you on your expectations for the project. Here are some examples of what we may ask -- Plants: What type of plants are you interested in? Annuals (seasonal changes), Perennials (cold hardy/year round), or a combination of both? Do you have a color scheme or theme (tropical, woody, etc.) in mind? Are you interested in bright & colorful, flowers, unique foliage, etc.? Do you want to incorporate plants from previous designs or would you like us to remove them? Containers: Would you like to incorporate additional containers or stick with what you already have? Or would you prefer to not make any decisions? Ultimately, having on site knowledge of your space gives us a better idea of what plants will best fit your space! We will take pictures which we will incorporate into our proposal. This will give you a clear picture of what to expect when we come to plant. We charge a $100 fee for on site consultations that will be credited to your final invoice.


Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us through the chat feature of our site or email us at Katie@Horticult.com. If necessary, you may leave a detailed message. We will get back to you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
