From initial consultation to personalized maintenance plans, this package provides comprehensive support while allowing clients to execute the planting themselves. Key Features: • Initial Consultation: Personalized session to understand your preferences and assess your space’s unique conditions. Will be provided with Preliminary Consultation Questionnaire and Consultation Appointment Guide beforehand to ensure a productive and effective meeting. • Plant Selection & Design: One container design with two distinct plant selections (total of two designs to choose from) crafted for your approval. We will provide you with a detailed plant list complete with descriptions, maintenance levels, maturity expectations, etc. to ensure you are able to make a well informed decision. Additionally, we will supply you with our Plant Selection Guide to walk you through the critical aspects of choosing which plants are perfect for you and your space. • Plant Procurement & Delivery*: Horticult team will purchase all plants & materials needed for project. Once everything has been acquired, Horticult will deliver materials to your space. • Detailed Planting Instructions: We will construct a detailed step by step guide for the container garden installation based on your experience level to ensure a seamless construction process. • Support During Construction: Along with our comprehensive construction packet, we will be available via phone call for assistance should you need us during the process. • Maintenance Plan: Custom plan provided to ensure long-term plant health & vitality. Service Process: 1. Consultation: On-site meeting to discuss preferences and assess conditions. 2. Proposal: Submission of plant and design options for client approval. 3. Finalization: Approval of selected plants and designs, with adjustments as needed. 4. Plant Procurement & Delivery: All materials purchased & delivered to client address by Horticult team. 5. Instruction & Planning: Provision of detailed planting instructions and a personalized maintenance plan.
