INDIVIDUAL PLANT PROFILE

This blank two-page plant profile has sections for absolutely every detail you need to know about your plant. Fill out a profile for each of your houseplants!

The first 2 pages are the downloadable template for the profile. Each section has a symbol, which indicates what information should go in each box. Use the last 2 pages with the intended titles for each box as a guide when filling out your profile.

ULTIMATE PLANT CARE SUMMARY

This Plant Care Summary is perfect for the green thumb that wants to keep her information organized, but only wants to fill out one-page per plant. The guide has symbols for each section, which can be used in your own notes later! The meaning of each symbol can be found in the box next to it, making the guide easy to fill out & read later!

ULTIMATE PLANT CARE SUMMARY

This Plant Care Sumnary uses the same symbols & sections as the template above. This template, however, does not include the titles to the sections. Instead, it is labeled by symbols only. This leaves more room to write information.
This is a great template for people who have large handwriting!

PLANT CARE TRACKER

This Plant Care Tracker is used to record which maintenance tasks you accomplish on what day. You can color code your key, use letters to represent each action, or come up with your own original way to record the task.
The first document is an example of what your Plant Care Tracker should look like. The second shows you what it looks like if you were to use letters for your key. The third document is a blank Plant Care Tracker, where you record whichever way you prefer to code your key.
HOW TO USE THIS PLANT CARE TRACKER:
Choose whichever method you prefer to code your key. If you can think of other maintenance tasks you may perform throughout the month that are not already listed, add them next to the blank boxes.
Circle the month you are in. Ideally, you will start using a new Plant Care Tracker on the 1st of each month. On the lines to the left of the graph, write down each of your houseplants on a different line.
Set-up is now complete! You are ready to start tracking!
Every time you complete one of the tasks in your key on one of your listed plants, find the number at the top of the graph that coincides with the date. Mark the box that matches the day of the month & the houseplant in question using the color or letter of the task you have completed. Repeat these steps every time you complete a task throughout the month.
When the month is over, start a new graph.
